Waynetown -- Arnet Grenard, 86 of Rt. 1, Waynetown died at 7:30 a.m. today in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville. He had been admitted to the hospital on Friday. A farmer, he lived his entire life on his farm. He was a member of Waynetown Baptist Church and attended Waynetown HS. Born May 21, 1889, he was a son of Simeon & Lennie Pierce Grenard of Waynetown. He married Vergie Wood Dec 4, 1917. She died in October 1954. Survivors are 3 sons, Robert of Lafayette; Richard of Waynetown and Donald of Hillsboro: six grandchildren, four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Thomas Funeral Home, Waynetown with Rev. Stephen Malone officiating. Burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Monday.
